I thought when the amigos were on all 3lights stayed on. My HDC comes on with the key then goes off. The one in the upper left corner. Is this normal? Once it goes off it will not come back on

I'm not with my rover right now, but there are 2 HDC lights. One to show its working and one to show a fault, iirc.

I'm in so cal and can read your codes if you are ever in the area.
