Well the pulley diameter of the LR3 to D2 pump is the exact same minus it's a 6 grove vs a 7 like on the D2 (I tried to source a pulley to swap over, but that will require more research). The mount is different because the LR3 pump mounts are wider, but it could be made to work if you cut off the back of the OEM mount. The center stud would still go into the head so the outer 2 would just secure it to the bracket in the same fashion except they wouldn't pinch it into place anymore. I don't think there would be any more stress as the stud going into the head would remain unchanged. I'll mess with it some more when I get a chance, but I'm just out of time right now and I wanted to update everyone. The connections were identical as well for the hose and high pressure line.
