I went from a 265/65/18 Duratrac tire that were on for several years so couldn’t give you a good idea about acceleration or braking. It’s a big suv so kind of is what it is in my opinion. I can tell you there was a big difference in braking when I went from fairly new stock disks and pads to the EBC performance brake discs that Atlantic British sells with the green stuff pads. Especially if you tow then definitely worth looking into.
