Default Tranny/RPM question for newbie

Just bought a used 2001 Discovery SE7. It has about 118k miles on it.
Sold my 89 Toy Pickup 22RE. I'm accustomed to 4 and 6 cyl engines.

I'm not used to the sounds and noises of this Discovery yet. The trans feels smooth, but I'm not sure that it's shifting into fourth gear. The below is a rough estimate of RPMs at various speeds. Am I stuck in 3rd gear?

65mph RPMs are about 2450
75mph RPMs are about 2750
80mph RPMs are about 3000

TIA
AG2

Those RPMs seem about right to me.

You also have a "sport mode" selector that will change shift points. You can download owners manual and full set of factory tech manuals, called the RAVE, for free at link below.

Those are normal RPM's for 3:55 gears and stock size tires.
