I can pick up the KP-111 tomorrow night and give it a try just to see what happens

UPDATE
Swapped out the PCV308 with the KP-111 and did an adaptive reset

Truck ran like a champ on the way to work. Stopped turned off engine and got some gas. Still no issues.

Truck then sat and cooled down for 5 hours

Started up and got rough idle and check engine light
P0101 & P0505 came back.
Erased the codes and idle smoothed out and I drove home

Replacing the existing PCV valve with the newer one did not impact anything

Next steps
Swap out the MAF do an adaptive reset and try again
If that does not work, swap back old MAF and swap out IAC do an adaptive reset and try again

UPDATE
Swapped out the MAF, did an adaptive reset and after 70ish miles no P0101 or P0505. Looks like the MAF was the issues but, I will go ahead and run a few more miles before I cross it off the list.

However....Now I am getting P0734 Pending, and a misfire on Cylinder 3.

P0734 - I will check the airbox lid as that seems to be a common issue
P0303 & P0300 - I had these before...no idea why I am still getting a misfire code, the ONLY thing I have not done is replace or swap out the fuel injector itself (i.e. replaced coil packs, 8mm wires, new plugs, O rings on injectors, Seafoam)

UPDATE
I did some reading today and found what I think might have been the issue...time will tell

When I put the throttle cables on, I tightened the bracket then laced the (2) cables into the fitting. After reading a lot of post, I came a cross a couple that indicated that tightening down the bracket first could cause the throttle cables to be off a minor amount. The recommendation was to loosen the bracket and let the cables relax.

I tried this, drove about 14 miles and so far no issue. I immediately noticed that my idle was much lower than before but, very smooth.

I plan on driving the truck to work tomorrow and that should net a result if whether or not that was the underlying issue.

Very true!

Good think I picked up a Badlands 12,000 winch for $289 from Harbor Freight on Friday, they are having a liquidation sale that ends today

There is always some little thing - taking a methodical approach as you are will always give you better results

sounds like something I would do.
I hope that does it.
Gotta love stupid simple fixes.
