Small update, still getting a small exhaust leak at the headers and causing a code. I think I just need to back the exhaust manifold bolts out a little bit and retighten

UPDATE
Still having same issue with codes

Tried backing out bolts on exhaust manifold and tightening them per pattern and torque specs in RAVE. No luck same issue
Tried checking bolts on flange. No luck same issue

NEXT STEPS
I need to do a smoke test

Thinking about trying vacuum cleaner on tail pipe first

If you need to smoke test the exhaust some good old Seafoam will show you any exhaust leaks lol.

I like what you are throwing down. I want to try the vacuum cleaner first before any Seafoam.

Did you put copper coat spray on the exhaust manifold gaskets?

Well you might want to try it. The copper coat can help seal tiny surface imperfections.

Thanks for the feedback. Let me isolate the leak and we will go from there

Just read that the codes could be caused by the new PCV308 that I installed, or rather too much air is getting into the intake bypassing the MAF. The exhaust leak may be an issue but, not the root cause of the codes. I will look into this more and report back.
