first day driving Disco to work, parking in the lot.

when i get off work, trying to open door with remote, no respond, i can open driver side door with the key, but car does not start(or make any sound) when i turn the key on ignition....

waiting for towing company....woowoowoo...

not sure what's the problem, immobilizer? my other key will be working maybe?

 

try wiggling the positive batt cables, then try starting it again

 

Try replacing the batterys in your remote.

apparently i was not aware the headlight was on while i parked there. my friend came and jumped for me, and it was ready to go.

 

That would explain why it wouldn't start.....[:-]. Glad to hear you got it!
