No problem, just check the temp after a good drive.

 

We also have about a third of a D1 in the shop.

There was also a few bmw's that showed up.

 

Crap mine just started making that noise! Guess I'll start looking for a new rear diff.

 

Mine looked like that but it was leaking oil so I bought the pinion seal. After 2 days of trying to remove the centering pin using the socket method I gave up and poured a bottle of Blue Devil in it and haven't had a drop leak since.

 

Drive-shafts also make a similar noise sometimes too.

 

I checked by Drive Shaft already. Can't see anything and everything is tight. Going to check the diff's tomorrow.

Jared, also make sure your vent tubes are not clogged. If they are and the condensation can build up over time and has no where to escape. It can then mix with your oil.

If i remember correctly to remove the tube you push down on the fitting and pull on the breather tube at the same time.
