Mines a girl too! Her name is chloe and she loves car rides, but this was just from one day, I was cleaning out the D2 and she jumped into the back on her own! Before that we had to pick her up.

She is a bit of a mutt, her dad was a Bull Mastiff and her mom was a Pit Bull Terrier. She gets her size from her mom, shes about 65 pounds, and her coat from her dad, lots of people think shes a much younger Bull Mastiff.

Anyways, what did I do today? Well I just replaced the horn buttons on my D2. One had fallen out and was lost about 2 weeks ago, and it looked silly driving around with one horn button so I fixed that. Probably going to take it off roading later today!

Beautiful dog!

I finished my 2in OME lift tonight, and it looks and handles great! Going to drop the new terrafirma rims off tomorrow for a new set of tires.

Default New Tow Hitch

Just installed my Tow Hitch. I picked up used from Shiyco Rovers.
Those are some large bolts...

Default New Steering box and Power steering pump rebuild

I did this today (last week).
Rebuild of Power steering pump using Kotec kit.
Replaced Power Steering Box with a used low mileage unit.

Man, the steering box is heavy, here is the old one that leaked like a sieve...

I mounted a new cell phone holder and wired in a permanent charger for my iPhone last night. Also put in a tablet stand for my Windows based Surface.

I'll have to make sure if mine has the CDL first, but I'm looking at getting a CDL linkage from an '04 for my '01. Just looking at options. That's what I've been up to.

Shout before you buy the linkage, some of the prices are too high so let us know what you find before you buy it.

As for what I did with my Disco, I let it sit out and get snowed on so I could see who my new Treadwright tires would work on the ice. They were great.

Thanks Mike. So far I've only gone to Paul and he said he could set me up with a DI linkage and hi-low cover for only $180. But I'm going to keep looking around. I'd really like an '04 linkage though. I've heard they are a bit smoother. Anything else I should consider or know about?
