Replaced the water pump and serpentine belt. when the pump goes bad and that fan goes off kilter, your manifold pays a price! Look at those shavings.

Replaced rear air suspension bags. The Disco was looking pretty sad. The passenger side was down every morning.

Mine did that too before. Mine was both sides though. Always looking like it was about to have a dump in my driveway.

Let the pump wobble and it eats metal. Should be part of the once a week under hood inspection, see if belt is running true and no wobble.

TIG welder? Looks pretty thick in that area, plus that part of the front cover is not under a lot of pressure. Maybe won't have to do anything.

I was surprised at how easy the bags were to replace. Floor jack, jack stands and needle nose pliers. I left the wheels on and the job took about an hour.

don't worry about it, just smooth out any large burrs, that cover is like $600.00.

I didn't even give it a second thought. The thing is super thick, and I think that most of the shavings were from the aluminum propeller itself.
Now on to my brakes that became super soft overnight....
