What did you do with your DII today?
Had "the" vibration happening, so pulled the drive shaft. My shop was busy, so I ordered a "new" unit from DriveshaftPower.com for $250. It arrived today, and I put it in. It looks nice and is serviceable. Disco drives great now, on to the spongy breaks, the leak from the seatbelt and tres amigo's!
My old unit will be back from the machine shop next week, so I will either have a spare, or one to sell.

In the process of doing this myself. Have the Pirelli Scorpions mounted on the 19" RR wheels. Just need to find some nuts (already found the hub-centric rings). British Parts wants $240 for 20 lug nuts. Best price I've found is about $85 for some zinc coated ones from across the pond. Any leads on where to get a set on the cheap?

These are what I found to be the best price for 20.

You'll love it. It is so beefy, and the piece of mind that you get from having it is outstanding. I know the rear driveshaft doesn't have the bad rep that the front one does, but its still worth the upgrade, especially with what you are doing!
Agreed! It's a substantial piece. When I pulled it out of the box today I just kind of pondered it, it is STOUT! Reminds me of a Unimog torque-tube, I can't wait.
Also, I don't know if you are picky like I am, but I made sure that the grease I used was the one GBR used, and its Lucas Red n' Tacky.
Haha nice, right after I got it I emailed Bill to thank him and to ask him what he used. Thanks for the info!
Also, I looked under the truck today and there seems to be a bracket with something on it mounted on the inside of the chassis, looks like it'll block the install of this thick of a shaft. Any idea of what that is?

Also, do you have the balancer on your rear differential? I spent about an hour trying to get that thing back on after I had taken the rear skid off to put in new diff fluid, and it made me really question whether or not I really needed it. Then to top that off my friend has an 04 and it doesn't have a balancer, so I was reasonably confused.
