Couple days ago I spent some time figuring on the wife's disco again. It'd been a while since I'd looked at it. I'm afraid to say for sure, but I *think* I might've figured out the intermittent no start. I'll hopefully work towards repairing the issue soon.
Then yesterday we got a bit of snow. Actually a decent amount over toward my wife's 300+ acre family farm. My wheeling buddy and I loaded up the ladies and decided to go snow wheeling.
His Disco is down right now, blew the spider gears out of his rear end, so I was loaning him my Tahoe for the day. We loaded the Disco up on the trailer behind the Tahoe and started towards the farm.
We we're coming up the last section of hill coming into their property and the hill turned into a solid sheet of ice. Made it almost to the top before we lost traction and started sliding backwards. I started aiming toward a stump on the side of the road about 75' behind the trailer instead of going over the hill side. Thankfully the impact wasn't bad, but bent the last beam of my trailer in about 12". Should be a simple cut out and replace.
Anyway, her family brought a tractor down and pulled us up far enough we could unload the Disco and we all made it up from there. That was the most excitement we had for the day; the "actual" wheeling was fun and uneventful.

wife and I have been sick the last week and haven't driven much...went to fire up the white disco to go grab some dinner last night only to find out someone had attempted to steal the cats. From quick glance they only got 1 cut started and didn't go all the way through. Looking to see about scrapping the cats myself and ordering a new y-pipe with cats in hopes of deterring further theft rather than just welding it back up..

That's my biggest fear now that one has been targeted. I have 2 discos and a classic all lifted parked in a row in front of my house. Fortunately I live on a busy 1 way so it sees regular traffic throughout the night and day.
