Drove her out on a packed ice and snow FSR, did not air down no issues other than sliding right into a little ditch on coming guy did not move over and I caught snow with traction. No drama 2 minutes of a gentle application of gas and I was on the way

wife and I have been sick the last week and haven't driven much...went to fire up the white disco to go grab some dinner last night only to find out someone had attempted to steal the cats. From quick glance they only got 1 cut started and didn't go all the way through. Looking to see about scrapping the cats myself and ordering a new y-pipe with cats in hopes of deterring further theft rather than just welding it back up..

The cat theft issue has really gotten out of hand. Recently had a friend have all three vehicles robbed in one night.

That's my biggest fear now that one has been targeted. I have 2 discos and a classic all lifted parked in a row in front of my house. Fortunately I live on a busy 1 way so it sees regular traffic throughout the night and day.

Read about these using these Handster led lights as additional rear/backup lighting on another forum and decided to try them out.

Amazon Amazon

I found a couple of handy mounting holes already exist in the frame and the lights are tucked up out of harms way.

Since I wanted to ground to the frame I tapped the holes M8-1.25 and bolted down the ground; then made up a wire harness and spliced into the green/brown wire for reverse 12v.

Glorious! Now I can read the license plate on my neighbors car across the street!

Ordered a new set of Steering rods. I swear I saw a post talking about Terrafirma using Discovery 2 rod ends which were specially made for a period of the current world end.. but I cannot find it anywhere. Am I crazy or is my internet history failing me?

Edit: GAH... finally found it..

Default New gaiters and removed all bent and cracked

I installed new leather handbrake and t-case shifter boots. Ordered a set off Amz that said was real leather. Not. Returned them and ordered some that were real real leather. Polished the console veneer and it's all better. Then removed front bumper (what's left of it) PO cracked it up. Preparing for washer bottle relocate and new steel bumper. I've shopped a bunch but still have not settled. Suggestions?
OH. And new Costco Interstate battery is already bad. Pulled it. Need new terminals as well. The list grows. Next thing to remove are the silly running boards. Oh, the fluid leak is I replaced a suspect hose clamp on the rad hose to wp and it peed a little. Replaced coolant res cap, too. The old one had to be destroyed getting it out.
