Zack. I am so jealous. I wish I worked in a place that does Land Rover stuff 24/7. Instead I work at a place that does Submarines and Navy SEALs 24/7. Navy SEALs dont work well in Land Rovers, other to push them!

Default Finished headgaskets on new rigg

I got a new 2001 Disco. I did head gaskets and swapped the lift off my old Disco and covered the hood with Scotchprint

Thumbs up New Arnott's Air Suspension Bags

Hooray! My suspension is up for 3 days now! Well, that is news for me, anyway! Read about my adventures at my post below, but, with Disco Mike's advice I'm on the road again!

It was just as easy as Mike said it would be. I'm here to tell you that you can do this in the driveway with a floor jack and a couple of sets of jack stands, no problem. It took a little more than 30 minutes a side. Add in putting it all up on stands and taking it back off of 'em and I was in and out in 3 hours...tools put away and pictures taken as I went. Btw, the only tools besides the jack and stands I needed were a 10mm open end wrench and the lug wrench. Eazy-peazy, folks.

I swear the ride is even nicer with those Arnott's bags. So, now I have to decide whether to buy another "spare" Arnott bag to carry along or test the ones I took out to see if one of them is good enough to carry for a spare.

Replaced my tensioner pulley with a nice metal unit form Napa, crossed it with the Dayco P/N DY89054. $20 and 20 minutes.

Then I took the wife up over Mosquito Pass in CO on our way from Breck to Aspen. It was a little more than we had bargained for but she was a trooper!
