I like those wheels too much, i.e. I can't imagine trashing them off road, I'd be sick. Especially after refinishing. Then again, one life.. My vote is for the graphite Kalahari/bright outer ring.

Having had the D2 for three weeks, I ordered a new front driveshaft (Lucky8 L8MDFS) and had the original replaced at 128,000 miles! Unfortunately, whilst in the shop having a check over, coolant was observed leaking resulting in a new radiator and throttle body - comments were that the D2 was looking pretty good overall and had been looked after by the previous owner. Having rebuilt motorbike engines in my younger years, I fully intend to start looking at what I can do versus the shop - I will be limited as my knowledge is next to zero! Great resource here though-

Last week, I finally fixed my 4 amigos. That’s right. 4!

ive had them since 2021 and I finally got around to fixing.
when they came on, I just said f it cause I was mad about something else I think. And I have lockers anyway so didn’t need traction control.

spoiler: it was a bad connection on my homemade abs extensions! 🤨😎

I had 4 amigios for so long as well after my locker install. Ended up being that I didn't tighten my abs sensors on one hub lmao. Finally got around to fixing them after staring at them for like a year!

Took our DII up into the Gifford Pinochet Forest (South of Mt St Helens) for a day out - still some areas of deep slushy snow which caused a few problems! Otherwise a good day out!

Put a Lucky8 Off Road rear steel bumper on. Job isn't quite done as I need to reinstall the hitch (or do I?) and put the corner trim pieces back on but I ran out of time.

you'll want the hitch assembly to add as protection for when you inevitably drag *** off a ledge haha
