giant hole on pass side, keeping you from straddling the middle rut? Just curious as that doesn't scream like a spot to pull line to me.

wrapping up the 1.4 t case swap and decided to add an aluminum skate board from Rocky Mountian British and a new center console that has the seat control cut outs (truck originally didn’t have power seats and the controls have been tucked under the seats since I bought the truck almost 8 years ago haha). Waiting on a new PS pump to arrive so I can get the old girl back on the road and see how the new tcase is.

That and it was an uphill climb. Not extreme but I was alone and just needed to get out of that section.

I saw a side trail and was like "let's see where this goes". Then I was like oops.

All's well that ends well. Made it home and didn't break anything. So it's a win.

Replaced one of the new oxygen sensors I put on 4 months ago. I swear replacement parts are crap these days. Went with Bosch vs Walker this time hoping for better results.

That is the one thing that really gets on my nerves. The QA control is horrible, especially on water pumps & power steering pumps.
I heard that the Bosch ones were having issues so I bought the Walker ones. I just had a power steering pump go out that I replaced about 10 months ago! And it seems the water pumps go out also. I really wish we could put the LS conversion in Calif. And of course as luck would have Murphy get me, I'm on engine #3. I'm afraid to drive it. I've spent so much money on it. I'm a glutton for pain. I just spent about 10K on it for lockers, gears, tires, Ashcroft HD axles, new hubs with ABS, new EBC rotors, etc... No wonder I drink more these days. Did I mention its in the shop getting painted right now? lol I think I'll go have a drink.

You can do an LS swap in california. It's not gonna be cheap or easy but it's doable. Denver is now impossible as things currently stand unfortunately.

If I woulda known I'd be on engine number 3, I would have gladly paid the CARB fees or whatever they charge. I heard it was 20 or 30K. I just moved back to CA from Nevada. Now I'm having power steering issues after replacing the pump which was only about 11 months old. I guess this why I drink more often now. lol

I have been fussing over my driver's window for a while. Bought D1 tray and retrofitted it, but the glass fell. Latest attempt is holding but I found a wrecker in the area with a D2 and bought the whole door for $200 Cdn. Too bad my truck is blue but I am still tempted to simply put the entire gold door on..... As aside, check out the perfect condition of the front windscreen after the vehicle rolled !
