I run 245/75's on my rig. Great tire size fills the wheel well, no rubbing Has worked out great on and off road. If you are looking for tires I also highly recommend Treadwright. They are retreads but I have been running them for years with no issues.

First two pics are at Carolina Beach with the stock tires, second two pics are Corolla with 245/75/16 Treadwright Guard Dogs.

I'm running that will Bf ATs with a 2 inch lift ... wouldn't go any bigger on 18s unless your going to alter the front/bumper.

I'm runing 265/65r18 Cooper AT3s right now. There's not a lick of scrub at stock height with rear sways removed and front disconnected, but it's d*mn close. That's a 31.6" tire and my suspension is still within factory height.

I have 265/60-18 Falken Wildpeak A/T3W which are 30.6" tall on a stock suspension. Works fine for me.

Your d2 does not fit 15" rims, with rare exception or without modification. 16" and larger. So no, 15" tires will not fit your d2.
