Where can I get them at? The new rims and tires how no weights on them so I'm still thinking it could be the lack of balance in the tires. But I'm willing to try anything.

they probably need balancing also but you must have the Hubcentric Hub Rings, other wise just your lugs are holding your wheels on.

That's makes sense, I'll order the rings and get the tires rebalanced. Thanks guys

So I took it to a shop to get the tires balanced and the guy said my tires were separated and that's what was causing the shaking
