I had simar issues with my Disco II. I found a leak between the hose and the MAF sensor. And one at the seal by the air cleaner. I taped them up with duct tape (black to match!) cleaned the MAF and cleared the codes. Two weeks and no return. We are embarking on a 1400 mile road trip tomorrow, wish us luck! Hope this helps.
Cheers
Gabe

Rookies and their damn bulletins. They forget that the reprogram was for earlier ones and yet they still didn't diagnose the other stuff. trust me its coming back on sooner rather then later.

Good luck! We'll see if the codes pop up again on mine. So far, so good.

I have an 06 RR HSE with the same code problem. It comes and goes only during the winter months. I live in CT, from what I am told the gas changes during the cold months and it must be cause of that reason......

Well, so far, all is good. No more codes. The dealer acted like no big deal and just reset the ECU.

PFFFFFF... noob dealer tech. (was prob. a plumber or roofer last year) PCV valve. (looks like a flying saucer) only thing that causes lean codes on a rr/w jag motor, the tune update was for the supercharged 2006.

nothing like having the same pcv valve go causing a smoke screen on the road.

of course if you don't pull over the oil level goes from bad to worse.
