Question engine swap

We have a 1991 Range Rover Vogue with with a 3.9 v8 with a ZF 4 speed auto what other engines would marry up to ZF auto Petrol / deisel

None, as far as none Rover engines. You could how ever swap out a newer 4.0, 4.2 or 4.6 but it will take some effort.

Just remember when swapping to a larger block, that you will need to change out the torque converter to keep the new engine's power from damaging the transmission.
