2000 disco prob

Default 2000 disco prob
Was running fine yesterday after new battery and CPS last wknd, go to start it tonite and lights come on and when i turn key it clicks once and all lights go off including ignition ring

Battery connector or ground strap loose, has not been getting charged, please hold down alarm switch when you try to jump start.
