I have a 95 Disco and i put a new motor in along with trans pump. now that it's running it shifts high. 1st and 2nd shift fine but Third and fourth dont shift until 3000 rpm or higher.Any ideas? This is my first LR and I love it if i can fix the problem.

 

Readjust your shift cable and you should be fine.

 

Do you mean the drop down cable going to the throtle body? There is a rod from the shift box to the trans?

 

That should be it.
