Any Mail Away Options for Duplicate keys
Hey Guys... 2005 LR3.. I have a good working Key/FOB and the GAP tool to program the FOBS I need 2 new duplicates. I have 2 new FOBS with key Blanks but can't
find a locale Key Smith that can cut the keys. The LR "Stealership" says their machine is down and they have no idea how long till its back up. They also say
the cost is like $400 per Key. WOWZA....
Anyone have luck finding regular locksmiths that can cut these keys? I can program the FOB with my GAP tool. But can't seem to find anyone to cut the blanks. As soon as they hear Land Rover they
say "can't do it". I don't if that means "can't" or "won't".
Anyone know of a locksmith that would make Duplicates if I mail them my good key and the (2) Blanks? Surely someone somewhere can cut these blanks for my LR3. Thoughts?
