Default Emissions System Critical Failure

The guy that read my codes said they all had to do with the emissions system.

He said O2 Sensor Bank 2

Then he said the following codes
0430
1415
1412

We need to know the year and model.
Yes the O2's are emissions control.
Depending on the model depends on what could be wrong.

1412,1415 are secondary air. maybe a hose loose or a bad valve. 0430 is the passenger side catalytic converter is failed.

fix the secondary air codes first and clear the codes and do the drive cycle and see if it passes inspection. if it still fails with the 430 in it then you need some new catalytic converters be mindful you have 80k and 8 year warrantee on the converters. if that is the case then have the dealer change them and diagnose the vehicle. the converter will be under warrantee.
