Engine Swap

I have a 1988 Range Rover with 3.5 engine that quit on me. Are their any issues with swaping 88 3.5 motor to 94 3.9 motor? Are engine mounts, Harness and transimission a match? Thank you for any feedback

There shouldnt be any problems but I not know for 100%.
