Default help in evaluating repair estimate

Got an estimate on fixing my discovery, but I would like to make sure that I'm getting a decent deal from an independent servicer in my area.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

its a land rover, its not a chevy, so it is gonna be high.

but give it a go, I have times in my head for most every land rover.
