Default Screen wash fault

Hi everyone,

on a trip out in my 2003 Discovery 2 yesterday the front screen wash stopped working.

the rear screen wash works and I can hear the pump when the rear is going but the front I can’t get to work and can’t hear the pump..

are they separate pumps in the same screen wash reservoir? It’s full to the brim. I checked the jets and they seem clear of debris but assuming it’s a motor or pump issue?

also fuse is fine. Could it be the relay? But assumed if it was the rear wouldn’t work either..

any help would be great.

Thanks

Richard

Hi Rich. Without looking I think they are separate pumps. I know my P38 has 3 pumps. You should post your technical questions in the Disco 2 section of this forum. You’ll get a lot more traffic.
