Default Wont't start

I just bought a 1989 Range Rover and a few things didn't work power seat, back window etc. I pulled and checked all the relays and 5 of them where bad, I put the remainder of them back in except for 3 I had to order 2. Now it won't start, my windows don't work, and my wiper don't work.
Any suggestion!
Thanks

So, does the engine turn over but not start?
Exactly what fuses were burned out?
Have you checked your battery connections and all your grounds?

Motor turns over, I didn't put the relay back to there original place, because I thought they where all the same. Battery connections are fine.
thanks

I don't know if all your relays are the same, I doub it. On the newer truck, they are set by the color of their housing, each color has a different function.
I am thinking you lost your fuel pump by moving that relay somewhere else.
