Main Head lamp not coming on
You are looking in the wrong place. R127 is not a standalone relay. it sits inside another module in the Central Junction Box, behind and under the glove compartment. I will have to look it up in the service manual.
Ok, bad idea to tell you to look for any relay. It's on the PCB of the CJB and is not something you can replace. The relay is actually of the FET type which cuts power if it detects an overload, but restores it if the overload goes away or the temperature returns to normal. So forget about that.
The service manual says that after checking for a bulb failure, blown fuse or circuit fault, there are two other options: the lighting control switch on the lower left side of the dashboard, or the Left-hand steering
column multifunction switch. I've never seen the lighting control switch fail, but I have heard of the steering column multifunction witch failing. I would suggested cleaning both first with electronic contact cleaner.
