Passenger side slightly cold drivers side outside temp
Can someone please assist myself with this dilemma before I get the wrong part/quote from a local AC guy.
I recently did a tune up on my 2009 LR2 HSE everything was working fine. I had ice cold AC and now I am getting kind of cold air from the passenger side and outside temp. for the driver side.

This car is like microsoft windows, first step in troubleshooting anything electric is the reboot.
- Disconnect the battery cables.
- Wait ten minutes.
- Touch cable ends together
- Reconnect cables to battery
- Wait ten
- Insert key in slot
- Wait ten*
- Turn the car on without starting engine (foot off brake, hold start button in)
- Wait ten*
- Start engine
*optional but might help
If that doesn't help, then it might an actuator the operates a splitter door or maybe a temp sensor on one side. That seems most likely...

Might also possibly be low refrigerant, not sure how the airflow splits inside but if the streams flow over different parts of the heat exchanger.
Also does it work better if the car is moving? That could be the radiator fan or fan controller. In either of those cases if it's warmed up and sits idling you should see the coolant temp needle move above it's normal position... DON'T operate it above normal at all, that can damage several things and if you get the warning message it's too late.
But my guess would be a splitter door actuator. On dual control units it's good to exercise those occasionally by setting the two sides to opposite extremes, and the reversing them to the other extremes... otherwise if you never use the dual mode, the actuator might never actually move which typically is not good for mechanical parts.

Thank you Everyone,
I took it to my local AC guy gave it a quick charge and the AC is working like new again, but I was told that there was no Freon in the system so maybe a leak did the dye test we shall see what happens.
Regards,
Mo

The refrigerant storage is supposed to be sealed. If you lost it, there is a leak, or someone emptied the system.
