They are idiots. Dont go back to them. There is no reason to upgrade to an AMK compressor.

This isn't a good old fashioned brake switch situation???

There is new brakes on the rear, Service, and E-brake, and rotors. But there is an issue with the electric gear box. I think there is a stripped gear in it so it won't pull. It tries several times, then gives up.

Maybe less than $600. USD ... Up here north of the boarder, that would be around $1000.

Default That's not what I meant...

...the brake switch is behind the brake pedal, sort of....and can fail due to arching and that causes all kinds of mayhem.

Also brake lights and tail lights are worth a look.

Looks like a hitachi knock off which should get you by, agree that there are probably other underlying issues. You need to see if you can find someone local that can read the codes.

A gear box fault can easily cause other systems like terrain control and air ride fault out. Even a rear diff fault can cause errors.

Are those codes read AFTER a total clearing of codes? Casue many look like typical Rover errors, ghost errors that often come up but mean nothing. Or you have a very messed up vehicle, maybe something is not connected at the CJB (central junction box).

I don't think they cleared anything. Actually, they recommended scrapping the beast. Can many of those be cleared with a battery disconnect ? Only one that showed on the dash when I bought it was for the Parking brake. I know there is an issue there .
