Exclamation Code problem and part problem

So you guys, I'm new here and I have 2 problems that I just can't put my finger on. My 06 disco 3 se keeps grabbing and releasing, over and over until the system throws a hdc sys fault and brake fault. It's an embarrassing situation whilst in a public place. I've replaced the brake wear sensors and bought a new battery to no effect.
The other problem is that I cannot find a suspension reflash device to keep from throwing the suspension fault. I converted the system to a traditional shock and spring system and the kit didn't come with one, I have checked on British Atlantic but all I can get is a part number (#7980) and install procedure. Help please

Im confused, what keeps grabbing and releasing? The parking brake? Wear sensors are only for pads, they don't give any feedback to any systems. Not sure what the battery has to do with this. Maybe you can better explain exactly what is going on and exactly what dash lights you have, etc.

The brakes keep grabbing and releasing(not emergency brakes), continually until the amber hdc light and the amber brake light come on. Then no further grabbing until the vehicle is turned off and turned back on then it does it again, every time. If I go fast enough in reverse or after sitting and starting a dozen or so times, there's a 50/50 chance of it throwing the hdc and brake fault, so it is drivable

Have you pulled codes, proper Rover codes? You will need to. On any other vehicle I would lean towards it being an ABS sensor.

Sounds like your dynamic stability control is kicking on when you are cornering. You have some worn suspension components in the front end.

But it only kicks on for a couple of minutes, upon startup and only on start up

You are certain its not the parking brake? Could pull the fuse for it to rule it out.

But I still really need some help finding a reflash module for the suspension warning light and chime, and I cannot seem to locate one anywhere, I even have the part number from land rover but can't find one.
