Oh my sorry about that! I typed it on Disco II section, but must of search the whole forum. I do have a 36mm tool but the pulley rotates with the nut even with the belt still on. Thanks for the quick response, I'll keep trying tomorrow.
I couldn't find the tool anywhere other than amazon, so I ended up just using an old nylon guitar strap and some duct tape to hold the pulley and it worked! haha saved 80 bucks.
