Is this a fair price for an LR3? Thinking about doing it..

Used LR3 prices have crept up along with the rest of the used market. Compounding this problem is that not many 07-09 LR3s were sold.
I think 06 was the biggest seller by far. Three years ago (Feb 09) I was able to purchase a used 06 HSE (7 seat, fridge,HD pack, bi xen with roof bars, ski rack etc, extra winter tires) with 67k miles for $22k. This was 1/3 MSRP. Nice.
To buy an 09 (I have been looking) with similar mileage is going to cost me at least $32...
I knew I got a good deal on the 06 but wow. Used LR3's are starting to hold their value.
