I appreciate your input.
i should have opened the TCCM when I saw corrosion on pins...looks to have shorted out.
All my trouble shooting is not wasted...at least all connections are cleaned with electrical contact cleaner and I used dielectric grease on all connections.
From what I have read a new TCCM needs to be programmed correct?
A used one does not need to be synced, but will show a fault of incorrect VIN. A new one has to be synced.
