Hi everyone,

As most of you may know, you can program the Land Rover button on the key fob for various actions. One of them mentioned is turning on the Follow Me headlamps. Many users reported a second click of the button would turn on the reverse lamps (though documentation does not mention this). Mine, unfortunately, would not turn on the reverse. I also noticed a few other old threads where users reported theirs did not either. If yours does not work, you most likely need to edit the Car Configuration File via an interface tool (Gap IID tool in my case). The setting will be in CCF.

CCF>Complete List with Untested>Follow Me Home Reverse>Enable (default was Disable).

Tested and working great! My roof flood is tied to reverse so that kicks on also, perfect when camping!

Maybe its an early build thing. My 2006 works for reverse, so long as I press it quickly enough. If you wait more than 2 seconds or so the reverse will not come on and instead the headlights turn off. I love the feature though, use it a lot.
