Default Missing fuses - do I need some of these?

Howdy. Doing an EAS test and pulled that fuse, which got me under the hood and noticed some empty fuse slots...

A number of the "missing" fuses are related to diesel stuff so they're omitted on purpose since it doesn't apply to my rig, cool no problem there. But a couple of them aren't immediately obvious to me if I should have them or not. Any insight on these missing non diesel fuses:
  1. F9 - Suspension Roll Correction Valve
  2. FL1 - Fuel Pump
  3. FL5 - Engine Management (Petrol)
  4. R13 - Immobilizer System relay.
It should be noted that I am not getting any warning signs or reasons to think something is running improperly, just noticing that they are physically missing. The only quirks are that my fog lights don't activate, otherwise things seem happy (knock wood).

Cheers!

THIS is the fuse diagram
