2005 LR3 V8 4.4L: I bought a no-crank/no-start LR3 with 123K miles, recently installed transmission, high hopes and confidence, and a lot of ignorance. 😀

The ignition will turn on but will not start. The power/cigarette light relays click open when I turn the key.
GAP IID codes are listed in the provided photo. Any suggestions where to go next? Getting a lot of “lost communications” errors across PCM, VDCM, TCM, TCCM.

Below is the list of maintenance items completed/tested:

• Installed brand new battery from Costco (Interstate AGM)
• Repaired sunroof drains (drivers/passengers)
• Repaired all splices along passenger side cable
• Cleaned all connectors to CJB, TCM, and main ECU.
• Inspected all fuses/relays in CJB and under hood
• Had locksmith rekey and it was not the problem - per the locksmith
• Previous owner had the transmission and TCM replaced by transmission shop but since it was no-crank/no-start, it’s never been tested.

Ideas where to go next:

• Test grounds throughout
• Try to force start the starter relay (jump cable to see if it cranks)
• Turn the crankshaft engine to test engine is not seized up
• If CJB is damaged due to water, swap out CJB (VIN transfer service) from UK vendor
• Others?

When the ignition is turned on, one of these two relays for these two auxiliary power / cigarette lighters clicks in the Central Junction Box (CJB)

The codes listed were always after first clearing the codes
