I changed the plugs, wires and coils. Bank 1 has a rough idle, and random missfires between 1 / 3 / 5.

P2525 - Vacuum Reservoir Pressure Sensor Circuit.

If I reset the codes, the only error message that appears is P2525.

What can I look at to troubleshoot this? 1/3/5 should be the passenger side.

2008 LR3 V6. Help!

 

This is more likely the crankshaft position sensor which on a petrol V6 is at the rear of the engine on the LH side

 

Was it mis-firing before you changed out all that stuff?

Crank sensor is actually on the transmission bellhousing. left side, about 10 o'clock ish, a 1 1/2" or so from where the bellhousing connects to the engine. Don't understand why that would only affect 1/3/5 only though. Unless someone damaged the tone ring on the flex plate. Mine ran crappy off idle and would stall occasionally after filling up... changed out the EGR and engine was a happy camper... again, no correlation to your 1/3/5 mis-fire. Check the harness that follows your coils down the center line of the engine. It y's out to ground (I'm assuming) the center coil on each side.

 

Still troubleshooting... 1/3/5 is not causing check engines anymore, however does appear sometimes when idling in gear. Read on another forum spark plug wires should me 7mm, currently there are 8mm on it. We ordered a set of 7mm and see if that helps the idle ... The car also sat for a while before we bought it, we are running injector cleaner through a few tanks as well.
