Default Sitting on bump stops for 3-4 weeks..

Suspension fault came on one afternoon and I don’t hear the compressor anymore. Did the quick checks like relay , battery etc but at the age of the truck 2005 with 200k miles, I decided to convert to AB coils.

Due to timing of some family commitments and my work schedule I will only be able to get my mechanic friend to help install in a couple of weeks. In total the car would have been on bump stops for 4 weeks by then. I’ve been moving it about a foot forward or backward every few days to stop the tires flat spotting. But anything else this delay might cause? Damage to other components or wheel alignment?

Thanks!

If it's only 4 weeks I'd say your fuel should remain stable....I'd keep the battery on a maintainer.
