Default Stumped... No power to climate controls

Hi, I have a 2005 LR3 4.4L and about 134,000 miles. I've been trying to solve the problem of not having any power being sent to my climate controls. I've checked the fuses under the hood and in the central junction box but all related fuses are in good shape. Popped out the climate control module to check for loose connections but everything seems to be in place. I do have a check engine light on giving me the codes P0072 (ambient air temperature - low circuit input) and U0151 (Lost Communication with Restraints Control (RCM) Module). The second code seems unrelated but do you think the P0072 code could be related to my loss of power to the climate controls? Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks,
Stephen

Are you sure that you are testing/diagnosing this properly? Hope that doesn’t sound off

just, do you know for a fact that there is no voltage to the climate control panel?

and if you have tested/ confirmed that with an electrical diagram, have you double checked all related fuses?

I haven’t directly checked the wires with a multimeter yet but the climat control panel doesn’t respond or light up at all. The panel itself could be bad but im not sure how to check that. Do you know where I could find a wiring diagram to refer to?

I think you missed a bad fuse.

ill try to remember to post a diagram tomorrow.

but, I’m pretty sure it’s a fuse.

Thank you! This is a big help! From what I can tell from the diagrams, I should check fuses 12/13 (hard to read) 51, 59, and 22?

YOU WERE RIGHT! It was one of the fuses that I overlooked that was labeled for the AC. Replaced the fuse and everything works now. Thanks Abran for the help!

My pleasure. I always dread that its something difficult and start looking at the worst case, then I remind myself that its the simple stuff normally.

The Belt is Fine
The 10 Amp F 51 fuse is good.
The 25 Amp #7 fuse is good.
