Default System too lean after fuel pump replacement

I have a 2015 LR4 that recently required a fuel pump & filter replacement. As noted elsewhere on this forum the wiring harness above the fuel pump melted and shorted them out. Upon getting my vehicle back from the mechanic, the CEL has come on and indicated lean at bank 1 and bank 2. In addition, the vehicle starts up great, but after start up when it settles down to about 1,000 RPM it shakes and idles rough. It drives completely fine and the rough idle only lasts for 30 seconds. Is this related to the fuel pump replacement or should I start checking for a vacuum leak? I know the mechanic had removed at least one of the intake hoses and tried spraying some type of fuel directly into the intake to try and get it started when he was trouble shooting. I am wondering if this is related as well?

Others would know better than I, but I wonder if learned adaptations are conflicting with the situation. Have you reset the vehicle to the base (factory) settings?

I’d fill the tank up completely and drive back home then look underneath for any liquid fuel residue at the drain hole on the tank cradle.

could be a pinched o ring on the fuel filter.

Or They didn’t tighten the hose clamp at the filler neck to tank junction. That’s right at the back of the tank, seen from underneath.
