I think it's this cable. It is divided by equipment as I wrote. The cable for the ACC is the marker for the auto brake function

Did anyone work out if the cable is there or what loom is needed?

Cable/plug is not there for a discovery 5 (L462) that didn't have ACC factory fitted... I had a pretty good look on my disco.
No definitive answer on the loom either, as information seems deliberately obscure. We'd prob need someone with the correct loom to confirm the replacement part number.

The cable is not present behind the bumper on my 2018. I got a radar unit from ebay with the pigtail attached. Our setup is similar to the L405/L494 and a couple of those guys on rangerovers.net had success wiring up the ACC radar with a pigtail. The connections are main power, accessory power, ground, and chassis canbus low/high. All of those connections are available at the antilock control module in the front left. With the factory installed ACC radar main power comes from the rear fuse panel and accessory power comes from the body control module under the dash on the passenger side. Depending on what wiring is present in the body harness, I may wire it as the factory or I may just go the easy route and tap everything in at the ABS module. Canbus will be the easiest to connect there regardless.

As far as I can tell the module changed from the ford-style (pictured below) to a smaller Bosch unit mid-way through 2018 production. Mine shows the older style bracket by the VIN so I'm using the older module.

That’s great info, where can I find the wiring pin outs for the abs module and also the radar unit?

I plan to write it up when I get it working. You'll understand if I don't want to give out any incorrect information.
