Wade sensing has been a standard feature for a number of years now, but has recently become an option on the Defender as part of the off-road pack. It was standard on my Defender when I ordered mine. I did check the website and it’s odd that it isn’t listed, except for on the Discovery, which lists it as standard. I’m 99.9% sure it’s still a standard feature on the Range Rover, RRS etc.
