Bear Valley in Roswell is the place to go. Always great service. Mine will be in for a timing belt soon too. I wouldn't take it anywhere else.

Bear Valley did my timing belt.

Highly recommend them! Tell them Mitchell Fain sent you.

I opted to not do the fuel pump belt, if it breaks, no damage will occur.

Just a second opinion about changing the fuel pump belt

I don't disagree with him.

But I also trust my mechanic's advice.

For myself, I'm going to risk it a while longer.

The cost for the rear belt is, parts and labor $1800

You ever get that DPF fixed or deleted? I wonder if it's so blocked up that it's driving up your crankcase pressure with exhaust blow-by and high dilution due to excessive regeneration attempts.

I have not deleted it yet...... It regens normally as far as I can tell. I still have a cell for the EGR stuck closed. ( for 5 months )

The metal in the oil filter has me concerned.
