Thanks. Yeah.
Was cleaned during the DPF issue/replacement. Can be due to damage throttle during a passive regen? I think that was the trigger.

Tomorrow will be the TB replacement and manifold and line cleaning.

No CEL, current msg, from quality to dosing malfunction.

im waiting for the new Launch scanner. This one don’t clear the codes. I will go out for a regen to see if erase the message.

Update:
Even though the code weren’t cleared, after 50 miles, including a full regen and various passive ones; the code gone while driving. So far no CEL no issues,

i understand the throttle were not “married” with a good scanner, can be done again? Can I redo the Throttle Body Actuator replacement/reset?

So everything is finally looking good? What an ordeal.

I don't see why you couldn't do the throttle body re-learn after the fact once you have a tool that supports the function.

Hi. So far just Insufficient EGR B crap. Sometime with a CEL. Is like the turbo is looking for the EGR. EGR B is just opening up to 75%. Very short stalling. But then all normal. Still waiting on the scanner for the TB re-learn. Any way to clean the EGR, the easy way? Or needs to be uninstalled?
Also I’m getting the active regen every 80 miles.
No more CEL about the DPF.

I'm not really surprised. All of the carbon buildup in your intake had to go through the EGR in order to get there. I imagine the EGR and/or EGR cooler are fouled with soot as well.

Only way to clean it is by removal?

I can't think of another way, unfortunately. After looking a bit there's one more thing to check. There's a backpressure butterfly valve in the exhaust between the SCR and the split to go to the mufflers. That valve closes to force exhaust gas through the EGR. The intake manifold pressures are high being after the turbocharger, so the valve helps increase the exhaust pressure above the intake pressure. If the valve can't close I imagine you'd get a different code, but it's something to check at least. I still think it's likely the low pressure EGR is fouled considering how much gunk was in the intake.

Thanks a lot my friend.
Sometimes I also got P240f, EGR slow response.
Any drawing or process to remove EGR and Piping to clean?

Curious if you could check the live commanded EGR duty cycle is vs. the measured value and what delta is. Is it was off typically? Your diagnostic tool should be able to provide those two values.

Thanks,
As soon as I receive the scanner I will check. Needs to check under a specific condition (idle, load, etc)?
