The OEM recommended Castrol Edge Pro is available online from Atlantic British ($15). It's an ACEA C1 spec oil (Low SAPS / Sulphated Ash). You can also find Ravenol from Blauparts which is also an ACEA C1 spec oil. The Ravenol is quite a bit cheaper. I'm only using ACEA C1 oil in mine. Blauparts has a Ravenol oil change kit for $95 which includes the filter, rubber o ring and 6 litres of oil. The Mobil 1 is a C3/Mid Saps oil which is not as friendy to your DPF.

 

We have an oil change kit with the genuine castrol oil as well, plus replacement drain plug also included.

 

c3 should be working fine and c1 has way less protection for your engine compared to acea c3/c2 I care much less about the dpf because i drive highway 5 days a week and it gets its work in. LR time documented using a higher level of oil
