Replace Front Sway bar bushings and lower control arms

It’s the driver side bushing I can’t seem to get the bolt off, not sure if I need to remove the transfer case shaft to get to the bolt. It seems like I can get the brace off if I end up removing the rusted bolt, but then the also have more rusty bolts to get through. Any tips let me know I’m soaking the top boly right now we’ll see if that makes a difference.
