I am really at my wits end on this one , Bought the 300tdi engine and steering gear all as one lump but no steering pipes , all about 8yrs ago now , and my problem is I dont really have any power steering , put new pump on but still the same
If truck on stands and engine running it will turn steering to left by itself , but I cant feel any assistance to the right ! the engine and steering box are Disco 1 , Can anyone tell me which hole in steering box is high pressure inlet ? I have searched and searched on internet without any luck which is not surprising as holes with differing diameters and normally could not get it wrong , but I need to check if I have made big **** up .
Any help would be most appreciated , I only have few bits to do before truck is back on the road as my daily driver .
