As a tip… before you change anything make a list of favorites that includes all the settings you are going to change for quick reference. Since you have can more than one favorites list it can be useful to use a name for what you are trying to do like ‘annoyances’ or ‘personalizations’, etc. These lists put all your changes in a quick and easy to review place which is also helpful if you want to roll things back.

 

I use the email feature to email myself the entire ccf, then use a compare utility to see what's changed from the original.

 

I asked this before, and we didn't have a solution... I did the "Remember Stop/start setting" (MultiCAN-566 MHLastUserMode = Enabled) approx a year ago and it had no impact on my started/stop as I have to push the button every time I start the vehicle (first world problems, I know).
Last week, I undid the programming change and left it like that for a day or two, reset PIVI a few times and over the weekend, I re-did the program change, reset PIVI a few times hoping it would take. It didn't.

I have a 2021 110 P400 and from what I can tell, the programming change doesn't work on the earlier P400's. I thought I would check to see if anyone found a workaround.

 

Just finished using Gap Tool to update my '23 130 TReK to enable ACC. Anyone else see/notice that the center portion of the dash display (where the vehicle distance bars are) flickers on/off a few times after turning on ACC while driving? I don't see this happening on my '23 First Edition 130 that came equipped with ACC turned on.

 

I have not seen that, and my ACC is GAP activated.

Use it a few times and see if it continues.

 

 

Sounds like a plan. I’ll watch it over the next few trips / days, if still does it I’ll try and grab video of the behavior.

 

Anyone know of a shop in the Salt Lake City area that is willing to configure the Auto-Stop to remember the last setting? my wife is having hard time justifying me spending $650 for a GAP iiD tool to disable this but I told her we can turn off the seat belt reminder too

 

Unfortunately it is unlikely you will save money with third party activations.

 

I spent $558 with Lucky8 Black Friday deal to wrap it up and put under Xmas tree in lieu of OCTA which won’t make it by then. Won’t fit under tree anyway. I’ll wait and let other forum gurus try it on the OCTA before I even unwrap it.
